The 2025 Lehigh Valley Builders Association Building Excellence Awards ceremony brought together over 400 industry professionals at SteelStacks in Bethlehem to celebrate outstanding achievement in construction.
The evening's top honor, Builder of the Year, went to Habitat Building for their exceptional residential portfolio and commitment to sustainable construction practices. "This award reflects our entire team's dedication to quality and our clients' trust," said David Morrison, Principal at Habitat Building.
Heritage Homes of PA earned Best Custom Home honors for the stunning Easton Hillside Estate, a 6,500 square foot residence showcasing traditional architecture with contemporary amenities. The project demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and client collaboration.
The awards ceremony also raised funds for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley, with member companies contributing over $25,000 to support affordable housing initiatives in the region.
