The Pocono Builders Association celebrated exceptional construction achievement at the 2025 Excellence in Building Awards at Kalahari Resort.
Pocono Restorations earned Best Restoration Project honors for their meticulous work on a historic Victorian home in Jim Thorpe. "Preserving the Poconos' architectural heritage is our passion," said restoration specialist Maria Santos. The project required extensive research into period-appropriate techniques and materials.
Amero Exteriors took home the Best Exterior Project award for a comprehensive renovation featuring materials engineered specifically for the region's challenging mountain climate. Their weather-resistant solutions have set new standards for exterior work in high-elevation areas.
